International Shipping Destinations
For International Shipping (outside of the USA, Canada & Mexico) please place an order through Peach and Pixie's Etsy shop.
International customers are responsible for all International taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon arrival. We recommend checking your local government agency for these costs. Should package be refused or returned, customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
Incorrect Orders and Damaged Items
While we strive for perfection, we are still human and sometimes mistakes happen. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are happy to make things right. Please contact us within 5 days of when your order is marked as "delivered" via tracking information, so that we can work to make things right.
(Update as of 10/01/22): All orders with 2+ items are now documented by us when packaged with either photo and/or video evidence. For customer claims that items are missing, we will consult our photo/video evidence to determine if the order was correct upon shipment. Orders are packaged one at a time with photo/video being taken immediately before box is sealed to ensure all items are accounted for. If our evidence shows the order was packaged in its entirety, and package was not damaged by the postal service resulting in loss of merchandise, no refund/replacement will be issued. This policy is to prevent the increase of petty theft we have experienced as of late. We appreciate your understanding.
You have 5 days from the time your order is scanned as delivered to notify us of any missing or damaged items*. Please take photos of the damages of both the parcel and the items for the insurance claim. Customers may also be required to fill out a brief questionnaire for insurance claim purposes.

Lost Packages During Transit / Missing "Delivered" Packages
Please note: we are not responsible for any loss by the postal service if the package is uninsured. We highly recommend purchasing the insured shipping option to guarantee replacement or refund if items are lost or damaged.
If your item is lost by the postal service during transit and tracking information is never marked as delivered (and you never receive the item), we will replace the item if your order was insured. Per our shipping policy, uninsured orders forfeit the ability to have lost orders replaced. If your order was insured and is lost, please first contact the postal service to determine the item is indeed lost. The postal service has various ways to determine whether or not the item was truly delivered via their geolocation technology.
Packages are not considered lost until 14 business days (Monday-Friday; No Holidays) have passed with no tracking updates.
If the tracking information is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to open a lost package case with USPS. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot offer a refund as the tracking information shows the item as being "delivered."
If you would like to have your insured order replaced, please provide us proof that postal service has closed the missing package case and deemed the item as lost.
We are not responsible if your package is returned to us by the postal service for mis-delivery, incorrect address information, delivery refusal or "recipient not available."
Returned packages are held in our possession for 45 days until they are processed back into our inventory. After packages are returned to our inventory they will not be refunded or resent and items must be purchased again.
Peach and Pixie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless the package has been insured. The customer assumes all responsibility for the uninsured packages once a tracking number has been issued. By making a purchase on our website, you legally agree to these policies.
